Before founding RWA Group, Justin was a co-founder at Quanta Finance, a top 5 national private credit mortgage lender in the US and UK with over 3,500 loans originated for a total loan volume of $2.5B+, and zero loss of principal capital.

Previously, Justin was VP of Analytics (Employee #5) at Genesis Capital, a high-growth specialty finance company that made bridge loans to residential real estate developers. Genesis Capital was backed by Oaktree Capital Management, one of the world's premier money managers focused on lending and real estate markets, and was acquired by Goldman Sachs.

Justin started his Real Estate career in 2007 at Countrywide as an analyst on the Secondary Markets team. After Bank of America acquired Countrywide, Justin was a senior analyst on BofA’s Credit Risk Management team, which he helped grow from a small team of 25 to over 3,000 headcount post-GFC.
