Prior to co-founding RWA Group, Kurt has honed his craft of go-to-market, business development, and team building with high-level executive and leadership experience at tech companies including Esri, Lime, Hunt Club, as well as being a founder (CitySourced, acquired in a Vista backed PE roll up).

Kurt has experienced the continuum of problem-solution fit, product-market fit, growth, and scale. Kurt has a reputation for helping organizations make positive commercial and social impacts in the world.

Prior to a 15 year career in tech, Kurt started his career with five years in the real estate sector as a mortgage broker, until he transitioned to tech in 2008.

Kurt studied Mass Communication at UCSB and has a CA Real Estate License
